Please note we currently do not ship outside of the USA. Order Processing & Shipping Policies Our goal is to ship all in stock items within 1~5 business days. All sales are final on all products sold on AirSoftLegion.com. In the event an item is out stock you will receive store credit, or you can get another item of equal value. You may experience a longer processing time for orders placed over the weekend and during the holiday season. If there are any back order or pre order items, your order may ship in separate packages. In the event an order was partial shipped, the remaining portion will be shipped via UPS Ground/Fedex or standard USPS mail. Once order is placed, your credit card will be charged for the total order amount. Low Value Packages may be shipped via USPS depending on package content & Delivery address (PO Box, Military Address, ect.). Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes & shipping charges. UPS/Fedex does not guarantee delivery time for Ground Shipping. Weekends and Holidays are NOT business days. UPS does not deliver on weekends & holidays. Return policy Claims for shortages and damages must be reported to AirsoftLegion within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. There is absolutely no warranty for items sold as used or refurbished. These have been inspected and tested, but do not come with any kind of a guarantee. If you purchased a new item that is defective, simply send it back to us along with a printout of your original receipt. We will give you a credit for your next purchase for the amount of the item. All shipping costs are your responsibility (we do not compensate for return shipping). A copy of your receipt must be included with your return. If you need to return a new unused item (e.g. you ordered the incorrect item), there will be a RESTOCKING FEE of 35% . This is non-negotiable.
